You have the bug where you spawn'd without Job Titel.

If you do not carry Agent/Operative


in the bottom left of your screen, you cannot perform arrests and you have to rejoin the server.

You can already see if you are affected if you spawn on D-Class without the D-#### before your name.

Im pretty sure, and this comes as a surprise probably, that untrained agents can perform arrests and theres no safeguard against it

T^T yes i have but the general system of the arrest npc is kinda janky, it takes me like 2 minutes to arrest for 5 T^T
