Accepted Outnumbered war balancing / job buff

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a small buff to an outnumbered side during war

Slightly taking from SCP's idea of ERT, make it so that during a war, if a side is outnumbered by 8 or more half way through, 5-6 of the highest mastery level players are given the option to spawn ONCE as either Red Guards Unit for USSR, or the 3940 Squad for NATO, depending on which side they are on.

Both of these jobs are intended for SL use during outnumbered wars yet see little to no use on the server, the jobs consist of very good weaponry as well as a bolt action sniper, they have 250 health along with 100 armour. Although alone they provide a small impact on a war, a group of people spawning in as this job at once could at least temporarily give a side a boost it needs to prevent being overran or push a point.

I would also propose a small buff to these jobs, giving them access to field kits along with construction kits, this is to open the possibility of stealing FOB's during wars on these jobs so people aren't locked to a purely combative role as FOB's are usually what win wars.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Gives the disadvantaged side a small boost during the war with more access to snipers along with a stronger job to push / defend with.
Could help alleviate the imbalance during the war even if just temporarily

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Dev Time
Would be annoying for the opposing side seeing people spawn in on more powerful jobs they dont have access to
Only favours those with high mastery (I only chose to pick mastery as that is how it is chosen on SCP)



Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think that it could help the outnumbered side during a war, even if just temporarily and give more incentive to fight outnumbered wars.

Cool idea, but i don't think it'll do all that much in order to actually give the outnumbered any advantage, it'd be a cool idea if the top 5 ranks or mastery got the ability to spawn on these jobs with CS (perhaps 250?) this would make the idea a bit more impactful. Genuinely curious to hear your feedback @Aleem Abdul
only reason i think this shouldnt be a thing is because this would be absolutely crazy to constantly be able to have 5-6 more snipers on your team

Fair enough, I kinda glossed over the sniper bit, perhaps there could be a unit of red guards and 3940, perhaps a autoriflemen, sniper and/demolition roles with the increased health (Perhaps less cap like 3-4 people). still with CS aswell though

Hi Aleem,
Your suggestion has been accepted. This will work similarly to ERT where once a team reaches a certain threshold for being outnumbered, then the player with the longest active session will receive a prompt to swap them to the job (1/1) and the amount of times this can happen will depend on the war length and type. If the prompt isn't accepted in X time, it'll default to the next player with the next longest active session. Thank you for taking the time to make a suggestion​
