What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would change how the overall combat dynamic is. Right now, I'd say helis rule over everything, and I just think that the server has a lot more potential in terms of fun for both infantry and armour.
Ever since KWK's against helis on Highlands got removed, helis have been annoying for infantry and armour to deal with and less tanks are taken out when you don't have air superiority as KWK's can't deal with them anymore. Now they can only really be killed by an AA, which has gotten harder over time with the increased skybox or a flak, which has been heavily nerfed.
This in turn with having helis being able to one shot AA's, has made helis very hard to kill as a ground unit and made them be able to mow down everything that comes their way.
What is also annoying for infantry is helis being able to CAS a FOB for a minute straight or so with the ammo amount being given to helis.
These are my suggestions:
1. buff the Flak a LOT (legit just a waste of ammo rn)
2. make it so that all MBTs have smokes not just the t14/chally -> for more interesting vehicle combat and to evade helis
3. reduce ammo amount of copilots in helis
4. helis only get 1 deployable set of flares and have to RTB to resupply the next one -> leads to stingers actually being able to force helis to RTB
Has something similar been suggested before?:

+ allows infantry and armour to combat helis better
+ provides a more fun experience for infantry and armour

- makes it less fun for heli pilots and copilots
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Helicopters shouldn't be useless, but they also shouldn't be the end all be all. Allowing ground to combat air better would make for a more fun experience. This way it wouldn't be solely focused around who has the better heli regiment. Right now, tank regs just won't take out any tanks if the enemy is way superior in the air. Being able to combat that air superiority well with just ground units would make it more fun and wouldn't make it solely about who has the better heli reg.
