Denied Passive Mastery XP and Mastery for Base Jobs

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Passive XP for Mastery
New Mastery: Infantry Mastery (For NATO and NWO base jobs)

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
To help boost xp gain for out of war scenarios besides trainings passive xp can help level people up so they can access enjoyable content much more easily.
Infantry XP would allow for those who find it tough to decide what branch to go into to just play as the base class and get rewarded for participation.
Overall an easier time for newer players to get into the server.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Quicker progress could resalt in minges getting jobs easier

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I feel that this suggestion will give new players an easier time to get into the server as it would alleviate the rush of joining a division in order to progress, and it allows new players to explore the server without being worried of not progressing.

maybe just doing simple stuff which give mastery xp for privates without a regiment would give xp so every single mastery that there is but like half of it so for example building an fob would give instead of 5xp-2.5xp
