Barebones application? I'm sorry I am straight to the point. I also don't want to make another application and have multiple active at once. At this point I don't care if this one is denied so I can make another application. Also there isn't too much to elaborate on when it comes to an 096 application, except for the recontainment procedures (which in case you didn't notice has been elaborated on very much) so yeah. Good luck being nosy in the future my guy.
