Denied Prone

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add Prone mod, there should be one that is not buggy/glitchy

Marksmen get cooler positions
Cool tactics
New stuff

N/A Besides actually finding the mod

This was already a feature but it was removed because of how much lag it caused and how op it was to fight with it
