What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It allows players to use the goat job when they pay 40 Pound towards the server
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More people get to use the goat job, the goat job used to be at veteran to use and I don't see why it has been put up to war criminal. More use of jobs and more people playing civilian, atm this is a problem and putting the bar down would help

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The goat job was a highly liked job, having to pay 80 pound towards the server to use this job seems a bit overkill, with the job being made veteran it will allow more people to have fun and use it whilst still bringing in quite a lot of income in terms of Money.
