Accepted QoL Changes to ERT

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, Let us be able to minimize or remove the ERT Countdown hud thingy that pops up on the left hand of your screen when you join the teams, IT IS SO ANNOYING And especially if you're staff, YOU CANT SEE OR TAKE SITS THAT ARE BEHIND IT!

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Staff can do work still if they're waiting to be deployed as ERT
Everyone can see more when the HUD Thing is on screen

Honestly, this is a very positive QoL.

Being able to modify chatbox size would be a godsend, honestly.

also.. please allow us to click on it at any time, especially if in the respawn menu - i hate having 60s respawn times as Nu-7 and being unable to join ERT because I can't respawn
