Accepted Rally Points

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Reduce the cooldown of placing a rally point from 15 minutes (?) to 5 minutes (?). *

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Rally points will be more useful
Fireteams will be used more actively
Will reduce spawn camping

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People might complain about enemies spawning in too many places?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
With the killcam being added and making spawning a touch slower and with my discovery the other day that rally points have to be reachable by foot, I think they are due a buff. I know that a workaround is to create a new fireteam every time you want a rally but that gets pretty annoying and I don't even know if that's within the rules. I don't see this as being a hugely controversial suggestion, just something to make spawning a bit easier and make fireteams a bit more important.

* I'm not sure how long the cooldown is right now and what cooldown would be realistic so these are just guesses.

+Support but perhaps 5 minutes is too quick a cooldown, maybe go in the middle and go 7/8 minutes?
