Accepted readd 2 spawns to the helipads

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
add the second spawn again that the helipads always had

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
we dont have to move a heli to the next pad for the sole purpose of spawning a heli

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
its annoying and im pretty sure it wasn't removed intentionally
