What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This change makes it that at the USSR Food vendor the food will only be restocked every 5 minutes rather than every minute

Hi Mikhaeli,
Your suggestion has been denied. Stock inflation for MRE's and the addition of an extra 4 minutes just isn't gonna be worth putting time towards. I believe Kvarker is reworking the whole food system regardless.
