There's always people complaining too little RP or To much RP or too little realism but this would just make it a little bit easier for players and new comers to understand, it adds a simple system that is easy too understand. i.e PVT=5k and so on, i see alot of questionable negotiation offers, I'm not going to name who but i saw someone offer 9 MRE's For NATO's GRM.. 9 MRE'S, thats the equivalent of 900. For a GRM. I'm not sure if he was warned, but too offer 9 MRE's for a GRM and thinking your going to be taken serious is some of the worst negotiating ive seen and should not be the standard for negotiating.
Im not trying to belittle the person that made the offer i just think its unfair for whoever they was negotiating with trying to make serious offers.
