What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
A rule that makes negotiations for kidnapped players more realistic

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
More than likely

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):[/B]
No confusion during negotiations
NATO & USSR reaching an understandable agreement

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People offering overpriced/under-priced offers forgetting prices for certain ranks

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
There's always people complaining too little RP or To much RP or too little realism but this would just make it a little bit easier for players and new comers to understand, it adds a simple system that is easy too understand. i.e PVT=5k and so on, i see alot of questionable negotiation offers, I'm not going to name who but i saw someone offer 9 MRE's For NATO's GRM.. 9 MRE'S, thats the equivalent of 900. For a GRM. I'm not sure if he was warned, but too offer 9 MRE's for a GRM and thinking your going to be taken serious is some of the worst negotiating ive seen and should not be the standard for negotiating.

Im not trying to belittle the person that made the offer i just think its unfair for whoever they was negotiating with trying to make serious offers.

I'd like to add theres another case of that happening where NATO had our PSC and offered 20k just because he was on an infantry job. theres more instances but i dont want people to think this is a complaint.

Hi Jorge, Your suggestion has been denied.

When SL sit down to discuss the negotiation changes, they along with the staff team will enforce negotiations to be realistic without a rule specifying it.
