Denied Reduce/Remove CD on ammo restock

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:​

Reduce or remove the cooldown of ammo restock crates

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:​

Checked the public github couldn't find anything.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):​

I will list the possible positives to this below;

- Allow people to restock ammo quicker
- Breaches could be dealt with quicker

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:​

This should be accepted because I hate after dying and I just got ammo I have to wait 200 seconds to get more ammo and it especially sucks since when you spawn you get like 100 bullets which isn't a lot and can't even do a lot of damage to an SCP. This would allow for people to get ammo quicker and not have to wait 5 minutes to get more ammo.
