replace k17 with bmp because k17 missiles do not do damage 90% of the time

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Replace the K17 with the BMP

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
We dont have to have an extremely unreliable tank anymore
We get to use our atgm tanks

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
might have to reskin the bmp if SL wants to

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
We want to use our atgm tanks since it was one of our most used tanks before the update and now it does barely any damage due to the atgm being very buggy on the k17

Me and roach has tested the k17 and the ATGM's its dmg is inconsistent it sometimes even doesn't do dmg when we tested it or it does like 300 and rarely does the dmg as it should do

The k17 missile does 300 damage but it still reaches target with no problems. The BMP missile has absolutely no flaws hitting with the correct damage every time. The m14 missile will often explode on itself resulting in it dealing damage to the m14. The m14 missile also only does 1000 damage compared to the roughly 3000 from every other missile.
