What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes it so you cant B2 or use tac tablet in a restricted war
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More of a fair war if one side doesn't have CPT+ or High command
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
cant use air support tab on the tac tablet in war when restricted
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because it makes it fair for both sides when there aren't as many people online giving each side the same chance of winning a war instead of going against higher ranks when they can use B2s Airstrikes UAVs etc when one side cant. a negative is you cant use war funds in restricted wars as much as people may want but overall is a better experience for everyone when numbers are low
