Denied Reverse the 076 speed change

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Reverse the 076 speed debuff

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No, I have not seen any other similar suggestion.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1; makes 076 usefull again
2;makes people who bought VIP for SCPs happy again

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Backlash from certain players.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
-Ever since the speed debuff 076 has been getting terminated MINUTES after he breaches (that's if he breaches at all anymore,since in CI comms they say "its shit now" all the time).
And the reason that's how it is is because 076 is a CLOSE RANGE melee SCP, you need solid speed to be usefull and not a 5 second sprint with a 10 second cooldown like it is now.

Anyway, 076 needs overhauling to be more interesting as a breaching SCP for both sides of the breach experience, rather than just purely "man with sword run at you fast."

I breached as 076 and I killed barely anyone compared to before speed change
I'd get more kills as 912 now than 076 now

the unique thing about 076 was his speed otherwise he just a dude with a sword and weaker version of 682

NO fuck NO. Nobody besides the 076 (and CI) liked him having that. As Auburn put it. Your entire gameplay loop is Snort a line of coke And swing a stick like a mad chimp. While you had a small hitbox and could 3 shot. AND you could break Heavy blast doors. Its a much needed nerf and never needs to come back

If CI aren't Breaching him cause hes not OP anymore. Thats a CI problem not a 076 problem.

Yes, i would like that refund . You can't even run after an e 11 before he stops running. You get killed so quick its not even funny

I'd be okay with 076 getting throwing knives, although I feel like it might make his gameplay a little too similar to 7722.

+support this guy is supposed to be a force to reckon with and very hard to recontain. Now he is a joke, I think it is harder right now to RC 457 than it is 076. I used to main 076 but with this nerf he is almost unplayable due to the speed difference. If you got people on speed chems as well you will never get them.

needs a buff, but i dont think the speed change should be reverted (perhaps just increase the base speed to 049's speed, that being slightly above average)

truth nuke,it should look pathetic chasing an e11 pvt on potent thats can outrun it for some reason
