Scam rule issiue

So it happen to me before, but I couldn't prove it and I didn't got anything back.
So a guy was playing chess against others waging Vpoints. 100 per match. I won that guy (Even tho he was cheating) and he rage quitted and I Didn't get my Vpoints, is that considered scam and I should get my Vpoints or it's just not?

Hi Avel,

As someone that is aware of this issue, in your particular case, it was not a scam.

As was mentioned in the sit by the staff member, whilst there was a wager, the other party crashed. You then made a sit in relation to the incident, and when he came back, you stated that he cheated the chess game and you demanded 100 vpoints for it, but you were not able to provide any videos from your perspective.

If there was video of him cheating, he could be dealt with accordingly on that issue, but just saying he is without any proof isn't sufficient to be able to take action against him.
