Give 079 a tool that allows it to simulate actual control over the electrical system. This tool would have an energy system similar to the Reality Benders, where the energy would be gained either passively or by hacking systems. The energy could then be used like a point system to use certain abilities or upgrades, for example, it could trap a Tesla gate after getting a certain amount of energy from hacks, trap an electrical item to shock the user when used, or create fake announcements.
This could also just be done using the already existing hacking tool and adding more hacks for 079 to use, but I prefer the new tool as it adds a new aspect to 079's breaches rather than 079 just being an SCP whose sole purpose is hack other SCPs out. This also gives it a much-needed upgrade/refresher considering the massive nerfs to SCP breach times as of late.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
SCP-079 would be rebalanced considering the massive breach timer it and other SCPs now suffer from.
This would make it so that, even though 079 breaches are rarer, they are stronger.
SCP-079 gets more abilities that expand its gameplay from being one of solely breaching other SCPs and not being able to really cause any harm to players directly.
SCP-079 gets realistic access to the electrical system and announcements it never had before, and roleplay abilities.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
This buffs the SCP, which might upset some of the player base (although I believe this isn't much of a buff and rather an expansion pack)
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This should be accepted as it allows for SCP-079's playstyle to be more diverse than simply breaching SCPs, and it allows for it to stay as a silently breached SCP while messing with the foundation, rather than just being a tool to hack out other SCPs. This also refreshes its playstyle and gives 079 more choices.
