Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes in civilnetwork scp rp a year ago almost , i have contributed to the enforcement of server rules to make sure every players get treated equally and fairly. I handled many reports/sits to solve conflicts/issues between users. I also issued punishements such warnings and bans. I also dealt with minges, trolls and disruptive players.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud to have been in the past a cl4 member, and also for having done some serious roleplay scenarios that i said in my previous application :
- Yes, when i was playing SCP-049, O5-3 'The Tennantite' came so we could experiment on a d-class by putting an electric device on his brain so we had to do surgery together.
-When i was playing as MTF E-11, there was an event where we needed to kill a god.
-When i was playing as a Captain, every cl4 members had to evacuate to UNGOC base due to a serious threat in the facility.
-When i was playing as a E11 LT, the whole regiment was against the ethics except for me. So everyone died but not me.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I will say the same thing than my previous application because my opinion is unchanged.
My first server in gmod has been civilnetwork SCP-RP in 2022, so i grew in gmod with Civilnetwork, thank to everyone here, i learned everything and still learning by my mistakes and i've come to the conclusion that i want to be part of people who helps everyone OOC. CN's staff inspires me a lot and i would like to be like them one day. I want to make people understand their mistakes if they get warned so they don't do it again and want to help people who needs a staff member for example if they are stuck or something. English is not my native language and i improved my accent and my language with Civilnetwork. Gmod scp rp is like a home to me where i grew up. And now i want to be part of the "man of the house". I want to help everyone equally.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: First of all, i'd like to make roleplay scenarios more immersive by making rules more flexible. For example the tolerance we can have for a roleplay scenarios that will need staff to allow some rules be broken. Well not anymore if we can clarify things and make it flexible as said previously. Also make all rules for all jobs if possible.
For example RDM is not very clear sometimes as to when we can and when we cannot for ISD or GSD.
or another one about NLR, it seems obvious like this but some people still struggle to understand that rule as i've heard someone ask couple of question about it.
