Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I been part of this community for a while and the sense of community really matters to me. As a team member I could channel this energy more effectively by handling tickets, supporting new players and ensuring fairness
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Im in a regiment that does really awesome RP I ve been able to meet so many new people and have made a few new friends.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would love to help the server whether by assisting new players or dealing with trolls. It would truly be an honor to support such a great server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Instead of getting an immediate ban for relatively minor offenses, you could get a stint in "admin jail"—but a more interactive version. For instance, you’d be sent to a "Gulag" (like the one in D-Block) to perform tasks—mopping the floor, solving simple math problems, and so on. If you actively participate, a system could shave some time off your sentence; for example, completing one task might deduct 30 seconds from the total time. This way, instead of a one- or two-day ban, you’d simply serve two or three hours in admin jail.
