(Sorry for not being on some days, either playing other games to avoid burnout or gameplay loop & for the few hours of AFK, i am usually making documents externally or clipboard. Recently, i have been flagging on ISD agent to make docuemnts like doing arrest reports)

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
-
2 warns in total
1st - August 2022, RDM [A] - shot 1 too many D-Class after an assassination
2nd June 2023, FailRP - Hit my panic button while stripped when kidnapped

What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:

I am applying for the role of Ethics Committee Member because I feel it is time for me to move up in the foundation, achieve a higher position & with that, take on additional responsibilities within the site as part of the Ethics Committee. I have a longstanding dedication & activity to both Site Administration as a Site Manager & Site Advisor, As well as Internal Security (Formally named Internal Affairs) as the 12th Internal Security Director & an Internal Security Inspector (Ambassador). I have been apart of Site Administration for a total of 11 months now since the beginning of January, 4 months as a Site Advisor & 7 months as a Site Manager., furthermore i had been apart of Internal Security for around 8 months in 2023.

Throughout my time in Site Administration, i have been responsible for the sole or partial creation/rework/update of foundation documents such as the Zone Jurisdiction Policy, Departmental Obligations Jurisdiction, Site Administration Handbook (Updated), SA Liaison Guide (Formally the SA Departmental Reviews Guide) & the SA Court Procedures (When it was still used). When not making or updating external documents, I am on & active in site, approving documents, assisting E-11 on CCTV, Approving area lockdown for trainings, making an arrest should ISD be unavailable, being a diplomat to GOI faction & when there is an active code, I am authorising available resources like AA, Mass-Term & Site-Lockdown.
I had spent a lot of time as each individual role within the former Internal Affairs. As an ambassador, i has trained, punished & reprimanded many Agents under the guidance from the director at the time which were Charles Whitmee & John Dear. I had been the leader of many investigations during that time as Ambassador & Director which i could try to name although these were done a year ago & possibly still exist in either ISD archive, my SA drawer or my clipboard however i am uncertain. As a director, i had the responsibility of Job denying & Job banning many Agents & even had to suspend an ambassador for a few days due to his actions involving an auger near F2 elevator & the deaths of a few high ranking foundation personnel.

What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
-

I believe i am the best candidate for the Ethics Committee for multiple reasons;

Experience
From this current point in my career to when i first began in Site 65, i have had my fair share of both combative and non-combative roles. most of my CL3 experience has been Combative roles like Nu-7, O-1 and E-11. In Nu-7 i managed to reach the rank of Command Sergeant, i was a Guardian Angel within Nu-7 with the position of Supervisor, after this, i joined the squadron of Wardens which didnt last too long as i had resigned. I then began by career as an Internal Affairs Agent, after 2-3 weeks slaving on IA, with constant great arrest reports, i applied for ambassador. Being an ambassador, this was my first CL4 position, i needed to show an example for both my fellow ambassadors as well as the Agents i trained and taught along the way. 3 months of Ambassador passed of Arrest reports & training Agents, A director position had finally opened and with many other applicants, i had to show them i was the best candidate for the role. Being an IA Director was bliss, i was able to make needed improvement and changes to Internal Affairs. My current CL4 position would be Site Manager which both roles as Site Advisor & Site Manager have given me the experience i need to this position. i have been a Site Manager now for about 7 months now and i feel i am ready for the role and new shoes to fill on site.

Documents & Google Docs

After 11 months within Site Administration & an additional 8 months in Internal Affairs, i have gained a massive understanding in how to use google documentation & basic spreadsheet usage, though i still lack in spreadsheet skills such as linking logs to roster & most automation in spreadsheets. In terms of Documentation, i have stated before that i have been responsible in the creation of many external foundation documents, some of which only required an update, such as the Zone Jurisdiction Policy, Departmental Obligations Jurisdiction, SA Handbook & SA Departmantal Reviews Guidelines.

Activity

i believe i am pretty active on site, on the days i work, i can maybe do a couple hours after 10pm GMT/BST, but on a day off, i can be on site for 6-8 hours alone. i have been doing it regularly as Site Manager & Site Advisor & within Internal Affairs. Currently within SA, Hours arent usually logged, However when i was an IA Director, my hours logged a month were around 70-80+.

Relations & Professionalism

Personally i consider myself to be professional both in Public and work ethic, When on site, i am constantly patrolling site, being near less experienced personnel hoping to help them with advice or guidance on their respective department & Calling out in comms that SA is available for questions, queries or authorisation requests. In terms of relations, i believe i hold very good relations with most Departments/Regiments and their leaders, able to help them with what they ask or need approved. During emergency codes, i am directing non-combatives to breach shelter & using the CCTV system to assist E-11 During a Code 5 or assisting ISD with an arrest.

Leadership

Similar to the experience section, apart from being a Site Manager for 7 months & Site Advisor for 4 months, The rest of my leadership skills comes from being a previous Director & Ambassador for Internal Affairs. Being a Director, i was always assigning POI's to ambassadors and Agents, Teaching and training agents myself when there are no ambassadors available, i would additionally give them all of the documents, an Agent could need to accomplish their goal in Internal Affairs. As Director i would launch investigations into other departments as well as allow IA agents to investigate with ambassadors, allowing Agent to have a boost of confidence and recognition when building a career in IA.

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
Judging & managing tribunals of foundation personnel as well as assigning the jury
Authorising Advanced Armoury, Mass-termination & Site-Lockdown, should Site Administration be unavailable/on site
Assigning task/SC orders to Assistants & O-1 should you be assigned to oversee those specific groups
Ensuring the safety & ethical practices of both SCP's & Foundation Personnel
Taking reports from D-Class personnel regarding safety & security risks
Attending Foundation Command, Ethics, CL4 & O-1 meetings (CL4 & O-1 are mostly optional)

Should the situation occur, we might have to assist the O5 Council regarding CL5 information or AO incidents

Assigning newly appointed Directors to Internal Security

Assist Site Administration with GOI affairs & attend their meetings when required
Handle the ethical side of the FLC, changing or adding an entry should the request be brought up

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):

Managing & sometimes responding to Director of Internal Security Applications should the Chairman be unavailable or on LOA
The Upkeep of ethical or unethical discussions on external channels such as TeamSpeak or Discord

Managing & sometimes responding to Ethics Committee Applications should the Chairman be unavailable or on LOA

Depending on the circumstance, we might have to respond to Demotion appeals of Level 2

Maintaining a professional & respectful attitude on external communications

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee character and what storylines they would be involved in:

- Constantly ready to help others.
- Activity is a slight concern, but he's trying his best.
- I've known him since I was DoM and never had any problems with him. Solid candidate!

I've always had great interactions with Tim, he is extremely knowledgeable and is one of the best SA personnel currently.

I believe that his dedication to the site is clear and that he would be a good fit for ECM.
