I'm writing to outline the reasons for Mark Tiki's ban. I acted as the moderator in charge when we received a report that Mr. Tiki used a racial slur, backed by video evidence. The video clearly showed Mr. Tiki using this offensive language.

Despite Mr. Tiki denying the allegations when I spoke with him, the evidence was clear and straightforward. Given the severity of the offense and the clarity of the evidence, I implemented the ban in line with our community standards.
