I would like to start by expressing how deeply sorry I am for letting down so many people with my past actions. I know that most people don’t fully understand, and unfortunately may never understand, the complete picture of my abrupt departure from CivilNetworks. For that, I am truly sorry. I’m placing this in the staff demotion section because my situation is unique in certain respects, and more importantly, to show respect for those who had to deal with the consequences of my actions.

For personal reasons, I'd rather not going to too much detail so I'll keep that, I was cheating Network leadership found out I served my punishment and I'm ready to get back on the horse.
Why should you return / what will you change?:
If you want to hear my blunt side.
I've noticed a lot of unprofessional behavior among the staff. Many staff members have been delaying responsibilities and taking an unnecessarily long time to get things done. From an outsider's perspective, there seems to be a lack of organization, and overall, it feels like the quality of the staff team has dropped significantly.
I'd like to return and help motivate the team to perform at their best, even though it’s essentially an unpaid role in a video game. During my time in server leadership, I did my best to organize tasks and ensure everyone contributed equally, without being overly harsh. I also focused on training team members to the best of my ability and giving everyone equal opportunities to try new things.
The surface level reason.
The rank was cool and people called me old man all the time.
