I had more in MRP but they got deleted.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4-6 hrs
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, back when MRP was still online, I was staff for a long time on and off and before I quit gmod for a while, I became Admin rank in MRP but quit due to it being a UK based server and not enough time. I have experience with the staff tools Civil Network uses. I also had experience in other servers outside of CN.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Being able to turn around my behavior to a more serious tone roleplay wise. Being a part of CN for many years and being able to contribute positively to the community. I don't have much to say I'm proud of yet on this server but I have achieved much in other servers and plan to do a lot more here.
Why would you like to become a staff member: In the servers I have enjoyed for a lot of time I have enjoyed being staff and contributing to the community and this server is no exception. I love helping the community and all my hard work paid off when I became SL in MRP. I wish to work hard here, help people when there are little staff and be able to do sits efficiently and correctly while both parties understand the reason why staff exist. In my previous experiences, I’ve learned the importance of clear communication, staying unbiased, and always hearing both sides of the story. I’m not afraid to ask questions or seek help from other staff if I’m unsure, because I’d rather do something right than rush through it. I also want to help newer players get used to the server and feel welcomed, not just punished when they mess up. Everyone starts somewhere, and I want to help guide them.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One thing I would improve on the staff team is the response time to sits during low-population hours. From what I’ve seen, there are often only one or two staff members online during these times, and while they may not be AFK, they aren’t always actively taking sits. This creates long wait times for players who still need help or clarification, even during quieter periods.
I believe I can help improve this by being consistently active during off-peak hours, especially midday or around 4 AM EST when fewer staff are typically present. I’m used to playing during these times, and I’d be able to step in, take sits efficiently, and ensure that players feel supported regardless of the server’s population. Being dependable during low-pop hours is something I can offer, and I’d encourage others to do the same by leading through example.
