Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes. I’ve had prior experience moderating and assisting in online communities, where I handled player reports, enforced rules consistently, and helped maintain a structured environment. My role focused on staying impartial, resolving conflicts efficiently, and ensuring players followed server expectations.
I made it a priority to remain calm under pressure, avoid bias, and base decisions strictly on evidence rather than emotion. I also assisted newer players by guiding them on server rules and expectations, which helped reduce repeat issues.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One achievement I’m proud of is how I play as MTF E-11, especially during breach situations. I’ve put a lot of focus into staying disciplined and not just running in or doing my own thing. I stick to command structure, communicate properly, and try to keep things controlled even when it gets chaotic.
In a lot of breaches, I’ve been able to stay calm and work with the team instead of adding to the mess, whether that’s holding positions, moving with the squad, or just making sure we’re not all acting independently. It’s made a noticeable difference in how smoothly situations play out.
Over time I’ve built that up into being someone reliable in those roles, especially when things start going wrong. That consistency is probably what I’m most proud of.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to move from just participating in the server to actively maintaining its standard. A good server depends on consistency, and I can contribute by enforcing rules properly and keeping situations under control.
I’m not interested in the position for status I’m focused on responsibility. I want to ensure players are treated fairly, that rule breaks are handled quickly, and that the overall environment stays structured and enjoyable for everyone.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something on the staff team, it would be how we engage with the community. Sometimes staff can come across as distant or only present when something goes wrong, which can make interactions feel one sided.
I’d focus on being more approachable in normal situations, not just during reports. That means actually talking with players, being present in game, and showing that staff are part of the community, not separate from it.
At the same time, I’d keep professionalism where it’s needed. It’s about balance—being human and approachable, while still enforcing rules properly. I think that makes players more comfortable, and overall leads to a better environment on the server.
