What server are you applying for: SCP-RP (USA)

Your Username: sinrevanant

Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:424720279

Discord Username: ilovecyrene3

Age: 15

What's your current playtime: 2d 22h

Do you have a mic: Yes

Your characters name: F: Jane 'Ai' Doe
Ci: Jane 'Robin'
GOC: Jade 'Cassie' Dough
Civ: Jane Dough

Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: No, https://civilnetworks.net/community/threads/blitzs-trial-moderator-application-us.15809/

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received a few warnings in the past however none are active. I recieved a total of 4 RDM warns, 2 NLR warns, 1 micspam warn, 1 RDA warn and 1 Pac Abuse warn. I am unable to recall any previous bans or kicks from the server. All of these warns are over 2 years old and I have changed very much since then.

How many hours can you be on everyday: It depends from day to day but atleast 2+ hours, and that is on busy days. Many days I can get 5+ hours.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was a staff member in SCPRP before and did fairly well before getting removed due to inactivity.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: The achievement im most proud of is getting GENSEC Captain, as getting to CL4 was a huge jump for me and showed that I was ready for the more administrative side of Site-65.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I enjoy helping people and making sure the server stays non toxic and that rules are followed. I enjoyed being a staff previously and im sure that I will enjoy it this time.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If theres something I could change it would be consistency. I've seen staff give different answers for things before and that confuses people and can cause them to get in trouble. For example: Ive seen staff give different rulings for what counts as basecamping with some saying if you see the door and others saying if you see the foundation at all. I would change this by ensuring that whatever I say directly lines up with the rules and if I am unable to find an exact ruling on the subject, I would speak with SL to try to get them to make one. Ensuring that rules are consistent will help people be less confused and would cut down on people rulebreaking as now everyone would be informed as to the rules themselves.
