What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
SCP camping. Scp's should not be allowed to camp at HCZ CP for more than 10 minutes, making it to where E11 cannot even try to Rc anything, as it causes breaches to continue for over an hour if they have 1 7722 or an intelligent Type green. While also messes with the gameplay loop as it ruins RP for many researchers and d classes that want to test.
Type greens should not be able to TP people into 035 s containment cell as it breaches the scp without a breaching tool, and it makes no sense in RP for the type greens to do that. For example, based on lore, the Type Green-A has a severe god complex and thinks it's better than everyone meaning it would make 0 sense for it to help other scps. Meanwhile, his brother Type Green-B is calmer, thinks more logically, and cares for others and his brother, so it doesn't make sense for him to teleport people to 035, killing them and breaching 035. Aside from that, it not only confuses people but is spammable, and there is 0 way for anyone to try to stop it.
These two clips show Type Green teleporting E11 personnel inside of 035's cc on top of the mask without warning or delay, blatantly abusing the escape card's ability to cause another scp to breach, negating the use of a breaching tool because E11 are trying to do their job. This is arguably the same as 096 walking out of his cc because another scp broke it open, which is not allowed.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Scp Breaches with a 7722 and type green would not instantly cause a code black.
SCP 035 would not be getting breached without a breaching tool because Type Greens are abusing an unfair mechanic.
Scp's would no longer be able to camp at areas for over 10 minutes, making it impossible for MTF/Gensec to do their jobs.]
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Scp's would get Rc'd quicker.]
