Even though you do not have any SNR CL4 position in foundation, I believe you have more than enough experience for CL5 (Due to your tenure at GOC SNR CL4).
You provide solid roleplay examples and if you do get denied we always have an open slot for site admin

I've seen you as GOC but I'm not aware how you'd do in a Foundation position.

With a lack of experience and an terrible attitude OOC and a lack of understanding of how roleplay functions within the server, I don't believe in any shape or form that you are ready for Site Command. My recent experiences with you show that you come to conclusions too quickly and have a heated temper. In terms of experience you only have Senior CL4 from GOC which is entirely different to Foundation, not to mention the roleplay you seem to produce within GOC is extremely questionable and engagements with DEA have been lacklustre.
You have a lot more to improve on before you'd be both ready for the position and able to actually develop and create RP within such a position.
I'll mention that you had little to no contributions in either of these things you mention that "you created". the paralaw was a creation from escapee, the DMZ reintroduced by myself. Taking credit for things that sure you may have made small contributions to (you weren't in any original meetings when I pushed for the DMZ's reintroduction) pushes me further towards the fact that you aren't ready, you need to create roleplay and clearly sure you've assisted with that but you haven't been in a position where you actually have to create it.
You have what is essentially a page of writing for a site command character's lore which is simply lacklustre, although I do like the interrogation. This needs more detail
