Going to be crazy when GOC will no longer have someone leading RP.

Even though you do not have any SNR CL4 position in foundation, I believe you have more than enough experience for CL5 (Due to your tenure at GOC SNR CL4).
You provide solid roleplay examples and if you do get denied we always have an open slot for site admin

With a lack of experience and an terrible attitude OOC and a lack of understanding of how roleplay functions within the server, I don't believe in any shape or form that you are ready for Site Command. My recent experiences with you show that you come to conclusions too quickly and have a heated temper. In terms of experience you only have Senior CL4 from GOC which is entirely different to Foundation, not to mention the roleplay you seem to produce within GOC is extremely questionable and engagements with DEA have been lacklustre.
You have a lot more to improve on before you'd be both ready for the position and able to actually develop and create RP within such a position.
I'll mention that you had little to no contributions in either of these things you mention that "you created". the paralaw was a creation from escapee, the DMZ reintroduced by myself. Taking credit for things that sure you may have made small contributions to (you weren't in any original meetings when I pushed for the DMZ's reintroduction) pushes me further towards the fact that you aren't ready, you need to create roleplay and clearly sure you've assisted with that but you haven't been in a position where you actually have to create it.
You have what is essentially a page of writing for a site command character's lore which is simply lacklustre, although I do like the interrogation. This needs more detail

You didn't answer this question in any shape or form, you vaguely mention an SCP which doesn't provide near enough context to actually answer this.
During your time in GOC, I noticed your exceptional roleplay skills, and you’ve continued to demonstrate outstanding roleplay as part of O-1. I highly recommend gaining experience as O-1 CO first before pursuing any high-responsibility Foundation roles. This is why i am leaving a +Support.

Your application is well made, there is no doubt in that, but you seem quite far away from the Foundation CL4 world and responsibilities, I'll elaborate.
You currently hold the position of ECA, the only Foundation CL4 position you hold, yet I've not seen anything in your application describing your RP projects as an ECA.
You surely do have the potential to join Ethics, but at this current time, I believe you will need to endeavour yourself more into the Foundation and its CL4 side.
GOC and O1 are both good experiences you have, but they can't provide everything required to become an ECM, whist utilising your ECA position could, with all the above said, I'll be leaving a:

I have witnessed myself your RP capabilities, and you utilise your O1 & GOC position to the fullest extent, but you should explore the administrative side such as ECA or SA.

Thanks for taking time to reply and share your opinion, as an ECA i didnt do any projects of my own although i did help out redman, cece with a few of their projects. Since at the time i was new and i took ECA as a chance to learn what Ethics do more in depth and use that to help out (And give non combative CL4s a shot to see if i would enjoy CL5).
But a few of the things i did as an ECA were host tribunals, Audit a few departments with O1, have a few meetings with E11 and NU7 regcom to see if there is anything that ethics could do to help them out with their duties
But other than that my ECA was more of a supportive role more than anything sadly i had some IRL stuff pop up around that time so i couldn't be on it as much as i wished

I've seen enough from you during my time in the server to justify this.
I've seen people jump from MTF CO to CL5, which is equivalent to what your doing. You understand how to manage a regiment, hell a GOI, you played enough O1 and ECA to understand the work of the Ethics Committee.

Unforseen but we'll ride with it
Alot of people are quite against the idea of this being accepted on the basis you aren't foundation cl4, and to be honest, I completely understand and respect it as a valid opinion, however, in my opinion, roleplay is roleplay and people who are capable of producing any amount of quality RP deserve a shot at the high echelons should they express interest to do so.
With that, i'm conflicted, during my time as ECC, you showed repeatedly a willingness to progress GOC RP in a way that allows for compromise with Foundation, something high GOC ranks typically neglected before yourself and cheesy took the reigns, you also are/were a major player from what i saw in many affairs like the MOAT and general foundation relations, which, to your credit, was being conducted in a way I had never seen before. To top it off you are an amazing GM who has a rare talent of being able to combine GM abilities with long term storylines that large amounts of players can become invested in, a skill that would be put to very good use in Foundation CL5
The one aspect that deteriorates your character here is your OOC attitude, I have to be inclined to agree with some others that sometimes you can be a bit heated and head strong on certain topics, although it would be completely unfair of me to say that you cant be compromised with and you cant come to reason, you're not entirely a stubborn piece of shit.
I told Remmy i'd comment on all ECM apps after my departure until he filled a committee, a task i am carrying out 3 months later which i did not forsee but I havent been active enough to warrant giving a definitive + or -, all i want to do here is highlight my personal opinion and experiences with you.

I reckon you could do really well in this position and there's def no question about your RP skills but I would really like if you had some kind of prior Foundation Sr CL4 experience such as Site Admin or DPT Director as I feel any Foundation CL5 would be fairly different to GOC High Command, you have so much more stuff to manage and I'm not sure how you would cope with that.
With that being said, you have demonstrated excellent roleplay in the past and I think you would be able to do really good stuff if you get proper guidance from the Chairman or other ECMs, hence me leaning to +Support.

Sure Snr CL4 experience would be fantastic to have but you cant downplay how dedicated he is to his roles and how much effort he puts in into each and every single one of his roles, creating rp, an interesting character with lore, great knowledge of his duties and responsibilities.
