Denied Separate the surface and foundation power grid

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Make keycard breaks in the facility not affect the surface keycard readers.
- Make nuke not fix doors that were broken on surface.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Literally doesn't make sense if the foundation electric system breaks the surface ones do too.
- Very big incovinience.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Not fixing surface doors in nuke might be troublesome when theres a breach on low pop and all the GOI base doors are broken.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It's annoying. Please make this change (at least the first one).
