What NATO regiment are you looking to enter?: JAF
What rank are you looking to enter your chosen regiment in?: SNCO
What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?:
Ive got aload of experience within mostly flying regs, whilst i was within both ABT and JAF i was helping new players learn to fly and the "tactics" that are used within war from dogfighting to dodging stingers and dealing with AA'S
List your strengths and weaknesses:
Weakness - sometimes short tempered
Strengths - Know how to lead in wars, Approachable, does aload of Doc work if needed and Likes training new players
Please list out your accomplishments on MRP, both in your chosen regiment (if applicable) and outside of it:
Mostly archiving the ranks ive held within MRP mostly ABT and IVG LTCOL both times ive worked closely with other RC/Cos to boost the players within the regiment and making IVG the most active regiment after 2 months of work, Also achieving the Rank of SC was a bit thing as i was able to help out 2 regiments rather then 1 and both of them was the more active regs at time due to aload of trainings and pushing for tryouts
What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?:
Mostly help CO's lead JAF and also teach new players the basics of flying! and promoting JAF within NATO and trying to make it more popular and dominating the skies in war!
What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
Main issue currently i see if lack of Active COs/RC
Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
i would assist the day to day duites of the CO's and also do more by helping out where i can, id also want to try and get the "less active" CO's more active via trainings and tryouts and stuff like that
