What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds smoke launchers for the T-90, making it match the NATO counterpart tanks smoke launchers.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
We'd be on par with NATO tanks when it comes to tanks with smoke launchers.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Literally none, it's just a bit of balancing.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Most T-90 models come with smoke launchers, right now the only NWO tank that has them is the T-14, whilst NATO has 2, one of them being the chally, It would make sense for us having another 2 "max spawn" MBT also have smoke launchers, preferably the next most modern thing, being the T-90.
