Do you have any experience as a high rank on MilitaryRP?:

• Was a Commissioned officer on 17th and now back to being a commisoned officer . Aor and reg command of IVG for 3 months. Also been SC for 2 to 4 months

What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
-I think I'm the best candidate for this role as I gained a lot of experience through leading wars , managing regiments , helping expand regiments in both NWO and Nato. Also making recruitment and training more enjoyable than being a chore. Also feel I'm a good candidate for having a calm posture in all situations. Also have good feedback for when i lead multiple wars with NWO and 2 nato wars from my good strategies and good criticism. For example people coming up with good initiative at the scene of a battle showing the best way to advance and win the war. Also been in high positions in both nato and nwo which enabled me to help revive multiple regiments.

• Nato (SGM- was a RSM in RMP and 17th 2nd LT and a cpt in 17th)

Weakness:

• Can be too brutally honest in situations. Like wars/Trainings
• Activity is good but work does stop me sometimes.

Please give some lore about your HC character and what storylines they would be involved in:

• Spartan is a nato citizen saw an opportunity to join the war against nwo in ukraine and Poland. Decided to help the cause helping save civilians and help destroy major nwo facilities

What are the responsibilities of HC in RP?:

• To maintain Law and order within the NATO
• Leading wars
• Giving orders
• Ensuring regiments perform properly during war and missions
• Discipline NATO members who step out of line and break the Law
• Also using war funds effectively during wars and peacetime

What are the responsibilities of HC out of RP?:

• Keeping Regiments in the loop with any new news or updates in NATO
• Keep NATO regiment documents updated and provide support where needed.
• Be there to answer questions for NATO if confused
• Provide ideas to regiments to help improve recruitment and stand out more to new players etc.

Although you were an SC member before I just personally don't think your fit for such a rank at the moment simply because you lack knowledge in my opinion, but it has been some time since I last seen you led. One example of this was you not being able to identify enemy helicopters on highlands even tho you were literally a 17th 2LT at the time who sat in an AA-arti quite often. Your dedication and activity is very good tho.

This is just my opinion and some other people might not agree with me, I still wish you the best of luck with your application.

From my own experiences and from your time in NATO, I am a bit mixed about it. I am a firm believer that someone shouldn't be held back from getting HC just because their regiment isn't in a good position. This was the same situation for me and 1stAL was doing fine even after my departure. Now, your personality sometimes can be quite rude, as I have experienced first hand when you were IVG LTCOL/COL. These are my views on you, I do wish you the best of luck if you were to get HC, you would most likely do great things.
