Denied Special Agents access to Joint Factions Channel

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion makes it so that Special Agents get access to the channel that was added recently, that has relevant sides from all factions in a channel all together

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Better communication, with other factions

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
No negatives

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Afaik I was told special agents already had access to this, it doesnt seem to be the case however, I inquired SSL about this with no response, so I decided to make this suggestion instead.
Furthermore, it makes no sense for special agents (a role similar to that of ambassador) not having access to a, ultimately, "diplomatic" channel.

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion. Special Agents aren't given access to the joint faction channels. The joint faction channels are used only by department and regimental leadership, senior CL4 positions and above. If your leadership wishes to disseminate any information to you, that is to their own discretion.
