I've been a COL for a few months (and still am) and I'm very comfortable with leading.
What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
I'm currently a COL which makes me very familiar with being in the spot for leading some wars, especially early morning wars when there is no High command on. I believe in my abilities to be a great High command given my discipline as an AOR COL and I've proven my potential to SC multiple times in a row.

Date of Enlistment: 11/03/2002

Lore/backstory: Spider was born in Greece where he studied chemistry and advanced biology. During this time he got interested in types of biochemical weapons / gasses. Because of this interest he applied for the UN R&D team where he got put in training to become a bio disposal agent. During his training he became friends with Drako Dormus and showed great intelligence on how to make and destroy biochemical weapons. After his training he got bored and wanted to test his new inventions and animal's and people witch got him in jail and stripped of his rank. In jail he was know to be ruthless and disciplined . When NWO Command got word of this great scientist put in jail they immediately started making a plan to break him free and get him under there control. Undercover agents of AOR Infiltrated the prison and assassinated the guards and free'd him . with a escort of the Undercover agents he got brought to the closest NWO base where he got interrogated about information and then asked if he could help the NWO by making biochemical weapons. Witch he answerd yes on but on one condition that he can experiment on people. Because of this one condition and recommendation from 109 to make him AOR , and to keep spider secret they put him in AOR as 302 where he can use his biochemical weapons on his prisoners and Civilians as he likes. Because Of his experiments AOR got more information during interrogations then ever and because 109 wanted him to be a higher rank the SC promoted him to COL where he now stands and keeps his experiments only for the eyes of NWO Command and where he makes sure that Drako Dormus Doesn't desert or goes out of control If he does he is authorized to use one of his nerve agents on him to take him out.
What are the responsibilities of HC in RP?:
To host faction wide trainings, assign missions to regiments, to promote the faction, to be great idols for the rest of the military. They should also establish solid goals for everyone to follow and to lead everyone to victory.
What are the responsibilities of HC out of RP?:
To look and manage over the regiment they have been assigned to, to take care of reg command and make sure that those in charge are the best fit, to keep track of stocks and prevent people from wasting them to use tactical assets wisely and not waste them. They should also be very active on both teamspeak and discord as they are needed. In addition to that they hold enough influence to forward ideas and suggestions to SL.
