Accepted squad suggestion

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
allow squad leaders to add markings to map/hud in squads like the blockade markers and shit are
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
makes squads less useless and you can tell people where to go and they can see the exact spot the squad leader marked on their hud/map
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
might take long to code idk im not a coder
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
makes squads less useless they are only used for rally points
