Denied Staff training Trainees

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Have staff who are not currently on AOD train the trainees instead of asking people to do it and then choosing a random person.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I do not believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More trainees are being trained
Staff showing their real commitment to MRP

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Lazy staff

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe it should be accepted as staff should not be allowed to make people train trainees without them wanting to.

Gonna be real, staff should also be training TRNs if there's nothing going on. There's been days where I've trained various new players, however the issue with players being brought for training is they expect some incentive to do something they're expected to.

I completely agree Steven, but after a staff member asks it is unfair for a random player to be forced to train someone is unfair when the staff member is unoccupied

Anyone CPL+ has the responibility to train new members the reason staff take players over staff when possible is to allow staff to deal with sits
