2.Banned for Damaging Server Health ( This ban does not appear on /warnings for some reason, I was getting mad about SL and SC implementing some new Law Book wich AOR did not like at that time , and i wanted to do a Bluff with a Riot to try get AOR allowed to make theyr own Law Book.)
3. A toxicitiy ban after i said the nword in discord(i was not verry good mentaly at that time)

- ISAF was the first regiment i joined when i first joined the Server and i have spent 70% of my MRP time inside ISAF, i know how ISAF works and i know what we i have to do to try and improve ISAF.
List your strengths and weaknesses:

- A ton of experience in leadership positions
-Loved by a lot of MRP players
-Best motivational speeaches
-I know when to make the difference between fun and serious

-Warfunds spending addiction

-Some times I can get heated and loose my cool (not as much this time as i am finnaly over my depression)
Please list out your accomplishments on MRP, both in your chosen regiment (if applicable) and outside of it:
- I have acomplished a lot during my career in MRP
I have manged to make ISAF one of the most active and competent regiments on the server at some point and maintained it like that for 4-5 mounths ( This was done with the help of soo manny Chads that worked with me into building somethings special inside ISAF)
Did the same thing with STS
Worked my ass off with the other SC at the time to keep NWO from colapsing and make it work
Tried to do the same thing with NATO in my last 2 NHC terms but i was under a bad depression wich made me fail miserably.
What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?:
- Get some new recruits into ISAF , improve the tactics and get trainings done to imrpove combat efectivnes, be a Model for everyone in ISAF and use all my past experience to try and solve the problems ISAF and NATO are facing.
What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
- Curently ISAF has 22 players in the regiment and activity is bad towards acceptable. ( This is the main problem i see )
Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
- I will work my ass off to get new recruits in ISAF and make sure they stay by getting trainings done and some rp scenarios to capture theyr attention.
