Date of demotion?: Unknown (Definitely Longer Than 4 Months Ago)

What is the case against you?: Failure to communicate properly with active staff, and lack of planning for events. Not following protocol properly and ensuring that an event that requires admins are on.

Is this true?: This is true, it happened about 3-4 times so I can understand the reason for demotion, GameMasters hold lots of responsibilities.

Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?: Not as a GameMaster.

Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?: Kicked for AFK, Warned for RDM & ROE back when I first joined the MRP server about end of last year I believe.

What is your side of the story?: I was in a bad place (Mentally) which didn’t help, I was advised to take a break by Beans but I didn’t. I wish I had taken the break now I have reflected over the past months, I am happy to say my mental state is back to normal if not better. I would also like to apologise to the community and to the fellow staff, and how I hope to make amends and hopefully come back and start creating fun mini events for us all to enjoy.

Why should you return / what will you change?: I would like to return to hopefully bring fresh ideas to the events and that now I am back to my better self, I hope to create fun and engaging events for each regiment and the server as a whole. I hope to see an feel your support for me, and i look forward to all your comments.

It's not my prerogative or responsibility to debate on these applications as Senior Gamemaster, however I would like to make you aware that the current application of the gamemaster team is significantly different to how it was when you would've been demoted.

As I'm sure you're aware, we now focus on weekly missions for each regiment, and I myself am going to be pushing other gamemasters into doing more to encourage roleplay.

I'm a little concerned at your admission to lack of planning and detail, I recognise you were in a bad mental state - believe me, I've been there before (and also got demoted by Beans because of it), one thing I'm really certain about is that all events need significant planning and that GM's need to prepare events well in advance.

Other than that, I've not had many interactions with you sadly, which is a shame as I'm sure you're a great guy, so I can't really be certain how your activity or planning would be, maybe you could message me on discord if your appeal is accepted so I could get you up to speed with things.

Either way, best of luck buddy, just some food for though.

I am fully aware of the weekly regimental events, it is strange We haven’t crossed paths while you was ISAF Col.
I have done many activities in the past with ISAF, as well as communicated and provided joint support with them.
Additionally, back when I was GameMaster I was doing many small events with planning. The planning issues came, when I started to try make some of the bigger events such as the Regimental Tournament with I hosted on Highland in the West Town which didn’t work as I didn’t plan for any support with the admins. In the end the tournament happened and i vouched to never host a big event again and to stick to my good old fashioned mini events for regiments.

If I managed to return to GameMaster, I hope to start hosting my regimental mini events again. This time being more prepared with any dupes, staff and regiments that are needed for the event to happen.

I don't know how your regimental mission were in the past cause i came back on the tournament week from my break from the server and that was the only thing i saw from you as an GM.

I never got to host the mini events from my application as I didn’t have them ready in terms of dupes and other stuff, I hope to do the events from my old application if I get to come back.

At this time we do not feel like it is suitable to bring you back as a Game Master, there were multiple issues last time which I won't go into too much here, I feel it is suitable to ask you to re-apply instead of making a demotion appeal for your next attempt to return to the rank of Game Master as we want to see what events you come up with as part of the application.
You may re-apply in 2 weeks.
