What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
A new job to Tank Regiments, the 'Saboteur', some minor changes to the Sapper and RegCom job.

Minor Changes:
Sapper --> Rank Change: 1SGT, replace Heavy Shield with the Deployable Shield.
Regimental Commander Job -> Add regimental Shotgun / LMG (up to content)

Saboteur:
Rank: SWO / RSM, alongside 300 CS and a 10 minute cooldown per use
Model: Spy / CO Suit model
This job will have a disguise kit, however while disguised will need to follow Spy Rules, where they cannot engage all enemies they see and must pursue an actual objective, Saboteurs are expected to use their disguise kits to harass enemy FOBs, specifically destroying important structures such as SAMs, MDs and 5x walls.

Saboteurs, once during peacetime, may enter the enemy base in an attempt to destroy vehicles in the base. Must follow spy rules. Maximum of one SCUD/HIMARS OR two differing vehicles (e.g LAV HQ and a Chieftain). Any destroyed vehicle must be called on O-Comms after destruction, e.g '/oc Saboteur NATO LAV HQ' or '/oc Saboteur USSR SCUD'. The Saboteur CANNOT work with Spec Ops or Spies during their mission. C4 must be on 120s for HIMARS/SCUD for balancing reasons.
Saboteurs need HC / Tank Regiment CPT+ approval before entry, within a minimum of 10+ active players on the enemy side.

Loadout: Spy Card, 2x Timed C4, Communications Jammer, Regimental SMG, Smoke Grenade, Drone Controller (Basic Drone only), Field Kit

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Gives more reasons for people to protect vehicles and actually check the base, as vehicles are mostly always left alone without anyone ensuring their safety
More content for tank regiments, allowing them to actively prevent the other regiment's advantage by sabotaging their vehicles.
HIMARS/SCUDs might not be constantly stockpiled, as theres an actual risk to stockpiling a vehicle.
Some minor buffs to tank regiments on-ground, as deployable shields are rather strong on ground.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
A possibility of abuse - I do understand the possibility of abuse from players on the Saboteur job, however I'm hopeful tank regiments can avoid this being abused.
Saboteur job might be clogged with a bunch of rules that prevent it from doing much
Tank Regiments dont deserve ground buffs :D

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I feel tank regiments deserve a minor ground buff, as infantry we don't really have any unique or useful equipment, the addition of a deployable shield will allow more defensive playstyles, and the Saboteur job will add a unique risk of sabotage to the server and will give some content to tank regiments which still fit with the theme of them.
I feel our regimental commander jobs have the least out of all the other jobs, a shotgun/lmg wont change much but will be a nice addition.

Tank regiments need to fulfill their niche during peacetime. While I do enjoy the idea of tank regiments being able to destroy other vehicles in the enemies base it really just doesn't fit the regiment.

Tank regiments already have multiple purposes during war: Scudding, Driving HQ, Driving Tanks, and Anti-Air vehicles. This would just give them way too much power than they already have.

And the idea of infiltrating to destroy a vehicle is too much of a AG/SAS kind of thing. Would definetely not fit them in a RP perspective either.

yeah i get this, i wouldnt mind if this job was given to AG instead but its more on the basis that we don't have really any peacetime content other than doing trainings and fobs, this'll allow us to actually do something during a peacetime

Since I have already requested for a FOB destruction suggestion I probably don't think that part of your suggestion is going to be accepted. However, AG do not need more things to do during peacetime. Peacetime activities should be concerned towards infantry and tank regiments. A expansion towards Cmissions can easily fix the problem for tank regiments. Auto-events in where they can take out enemy NPC tanks for bonus nation economy/or any kind of upgrade would be a somewhat viable option.
