Why are you applying for Site Director?
Ever since I have applied and been accepted for Site Advisor I have absolutely loved the role. Everything from the boring, writing and planning meetings all the way to creating RP situations with members of the community and punishing/rewarding those in need. When I first became advisor at one point I thought I would eventually apply for O5 but this opinion has hence changed due to my experience as advisor, due to the fact I love how this role operates with its the hands on experience with the community and creating RP situations. So I've decided to take the step up and apply for Director so I can have the full role and show my full potential as site administration in the highest role of the department.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe I would make a excellent Site Director due to my pre-existing experience in Site Administration and my expectational ability to create RP situations on the spot and improve peoples overall experience playing the server by making them feel special and cared for. My ability to keep a clear head and resolve tough situations shows daily when you RP with me. I feel like this is one of my most important traits when it comes to playing site administration as it sets me a step higher than other advisors and really shows my ability brightly. I am also great at coming up with RP situations on the spot and creating mini-meetings with members of the community with 0 planning and still successfully resolving problems to benefit the site and overall experience for all players.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The goal of the site administration team in the facility is to insure the well being of the facility. This would include making sure all departments of the facility are operating as intended and insuring any issues that arise are fully resolve and sorted with exceptional professionalism and RP. Site administration must insure that at all times we are professional and show no signs of weakness or confusion when it comes to how we handle situations in RP, we must always keep a clear head and handle situations with absolutely no hesitation all to insure our one and only goal of protecting the facility and preventing any issues arising. In the instance that a problem does it occur within the facility it is the site administration team job to correctly handle and resolve the situation before it becomes out of hand. When there are no known issues within the facility it is vital that we commence daily site check-ups to make sure that all is well and all members of the foundation team are completing there duties correctly. As Site Director I also must insure that Site Advisors are conducting their own duties to full capability and enforcing the code of conduct as strictly and fairly as possible. Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Teo Tsharp born and raised in Northern Ireland. When Teo reached the age of 16 he began to study as in the university of Queens in Belfast to become a scientific researcher, his aims were to become a member of the UK governments specialist scientists. After 6 years of studying in Beflast Teo had become an incredibly smart well known member of the Northern Irish community for his incredible findings into sub-human studies. These findings were so incredible it started to gain world wide traction and many nations seeked Teo to join there scientists to continue to further study sub-human creatures. But Teo the loyal member of the United Kingdom opted to apply for a position in the UK's most elite scientific research team. Without surprise Teo was elected to join this team but not only would he serve for this team he would join the UK's most secretive program the "Site 65 containment facility" as a Jr Researcher were he would be able to further research into sub-human lifeforms or other wise know within Site 65 as SCPs. While working in the facility Teo was approached by a secret MTF member to try out for the facility's most elite force the A-1. This is were Teo discovered his incredible talent for the use of firearms, he blew the minds of his recruiting officers almost beating there best arms man in the training programs. Without a doubt Teo was accepted to join the A-1 and now found himself working with the facility's most valuable men the 05. While working with the 05 Teo started believing that he himself would do a excellent job as a member of the site administration team. He felt that his experience, professionalism and passion for the facility could land him a spot in one of the site administration roles. After a long drawn out week Teo was accepted for his role as a Site Advisor. Almost immediately Teo was excelling in his role his first call of action was enforcing new regulations within the research department, which he himself had been apart of once before so with this knowledge he knew instantly what had to be done to improve the department. He made many changes to things such as how documents are marked and introduced a new program called the "Junior Researcher On-Boarding Process". He has also made many moves to attempt to improve the medical department, security department and NU-7. After multiple months of service as a site advisor Teo decided it was his time to apply for Site Director as he had decided the O5 council was not his preferred job and he enjoyed the hands on job as site administration which involved making changes to the site rather than overseeing the changes made.
This leads us to today Teo is waiting for his Site Director Application to be reviewed by the O5 council for a verdict which will change his future indefinitely.
