On December 10th, 2022, At 0100 Hours An unknown event had caused the ██████ of the ████ ████, at 0120 Hours, Mobile Task Force Omicron 2 "Nuclear Nomads" was called in an deployed to Site 65 to begin EAR Protocols (Exploration, Assessment, and Report) of the Site as they were ordered by Site Administration & Command, After EAR Protocols were completed and the Departure of the MTF, Mobile Task Force Beta-7 "Maz Hatters" was dispatched for Decontamination Protocols. and arrived at 0250 Hours.

During the Protocols, all Surviving Site Staff were taken to the Garage Area by orders of the Ethics Committee, More notably the orders were issued by Ethics Committee Member "Foxatron", Due to the ██████ of the ████ ████ and the lack of Amnestics there was a Problem regarding the concern of Info-security and as such, "Foxatron" Mobilized and Ordered Mobile Task Force Omega-1 "Law's Left Hand" within the Garage to be ready for his next order.

"Foxatron" had ordered Mobile Task Force Omega-1 to Line up all Foundation Personnel on the East Side of the wall and in the personnel contained Elements of Mobile Task Force Nu-7 "Hammer Down", On the wall were lined up Research, Medical, Intelligence, IA Personnel, all Surviving personnel of the previously mentioned Incident.

At 0300 Hours, an Order was given to all Omega-1 Personnel in the garage to open fire on the Foundation Personnel lined up in order to remove any Witnesses/Knowledge of the ██████ of the ████ ████, And during the Makeshift Execution, a Firefight Occurred between Nu-7 And O-1 And in which Nu-7 Inflicted Heavy causalities on Omega-1 forcing them to retreat down into the site which was by this point declared Safe and Habitable again by Beta-7 and Nomads, After the retreat of Omega-1 - MTF Nu-7 tended to the injured and dying that were shot by O-1 And called for backup from Area-14, the Headquarters of the MTF.
At 0500 hours, Elements of Nu-7 Commanded by NU7 Commander "Red" and Omega-1 engaged in Heavy fighting in Core Sector, Ethics Committee Offices however Nu-7 was unable to break the Defenses of Omega-1 and suffered Heavy casualties as well, Order was restored to the site After the Intervention of the O5 Council and the Ethics Committee Chairman who had "Foxatron" arrested and ██████ for his Actions earlier that day.
A Cease-fire was declared and Uneasy tensions began between Nu-7 and Omega-1 from there on out which were slowly lowered after joint Trainings and Cooperation, After "Foxatron" was arrested he was questioned on why he had done it and he answered that "Not enough Amnestics were in storage for Usage", After this incident Immense supplies of Amnestics were shipped to Site-65 in order to make sure such incident would never occur again.
In total, 64 Foundation Personnel Died from Gunshot Wounds Inflicted by Omega-1, 35 Nu-7 Died, 19 Omega-1 Died. In total 118 Total Foundation Personnel Death (Excluding the 96 Missing during the ██████ of the ████ ████)
