Partially Accepted the mad op job needs some rules

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds rules against the use and what you can do on the op job such as
The job cannot be given out unless you are outnumbered by at least 10 people (to stop 2 of them when its 18-12)
The job cannot carry a flag having to use a full mag to kill a guy carrying a flag is just stupid no amount of seeing them on the map is going to stop them
The job cannot plant a bomb this one I dont really care about to much but the fact they can place the bomb before you can even kill them is kind of insane
Finally the job should not be given out if it is a restricted war

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
if it hasnt then they are brain dead

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Stops one side having no fun
Stops abuse of the job

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People will complain about this just to complain

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
There is no rules on the jobs which means it is being given out in stupid situations when it should not be which is just giving one side an auto win with nothing the other side can do to prevent it

Hi Axel,
Your suggestion has been partially accepted.
As you can probably see, we reworked the entire system for Delta Force and Spetsnaz to be more in line with the way we want it to be as well as to add some clarifications to it to hopefully mean the job is used as intended as opposed to making specific rules.
