Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?: I once was in Nu-7 before really getting into the Server for a few Days so this could be seen as a other Demotion

What is your side of the story?:
To the First one: This is untrue, during Breaches, i always made sure that we are Organized, telling them to go into Groups before going in never go alone. Split them into groups when no Breaches where occoring into Groups of People to Patrol and some to keep at the Checkpoints.
To the second one: This is a hard one, becuse for this i have only what was said in Meetings, i planned to introduce Req. for it. As i was DS-1 , but it was decided Ultimatly, that having Req, for DS was not helpful and might not make People wanna Join DS due to it being so much, how ever i dont know much about it anymore due it being so long ago.
To the third and fourth: The current E-11 CO Requirement was extremly Vague. To "Do Roleplay outside of the Normal E-11 Duties "
Before that became the Req, we simply had to create RP, which was before the Specification that it has to be "Outside of normal Duties pretty Do able, but this made all Operation undoable for it, and as it was announced a Document was to come which we could use as a Guide, and while we did not had it, we would not go to harsh go on Punishments.
I asked Multiple Questions, asking for any Help on what kind of Roleplay to do, and how to Create it, or what could Count as a Big , middle Sized RP. All these Questions, are Unanswerd to this Day.
This left me with the Impression, that til a Guide is released, we could cut back on Punishments which would lead to Demotions, til solid guidelines are given. Like we see today, sadly i was wrong.
While there were Examples, i could see this really didnt help me at all. Becuse i can only See what happend in the RP, not how it was Created or how to best Do it myself. Becuse while i know Plenty on how to do all the RP in HCZ with Repairing Cameras, Cleaning Cells, Talking with SCPs, Supervising Tests ect ect if necressary all this is RP i love doing, and is absolut fun to do, but all this RP to do, was announced as RP, which would not count to Fullfill the Requirements, or any of the many Operations to create RP with.
Only til 20 Minutes, before the CO meeting, Rizzie talked to me about me not meeting my Req, which would lead to a Strike i assumed this was no problem, til he told me that a Strike as a CO in E-11 would lead also to a Demotion, something i was not aware of during my Time as a CO. And before that, Cleaning or Repairing Cells, was seen as something we couldnt do as CO Req. Way to less Time, to do any Quality RP

What is the case against you?:
- We did not feel you were suitably fulfilling your base requirements as a CO, you did not take a leading role as much as other COs and many times lower members of the Regiment felt confused or without command when you were online.
- Drill Sergeants sub-regiment was neglected with you as it's Supervisor , even when asked to be active , you added systems without consulting DS-1 or DS-2
- You were warned by Mason Philipps, and Rizzie (2 separate Commanders) on your RP Activity and it continued to lack. Had Mason not resigned, this would have happened a lot sooner.
- Despite the RP Conditions originally being unclear, there was ample examples from other CO Members on types of RP that was available, and everytime you were reminded, your RP was rushed, last minute and did not follow our examples.
- The things you would do, such as Tryouts can simply be completed as a CSG.
