- Since this is the first MRP server i have played, i dont have any experience as high command.
What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
- I am apart of 1stAL and have lead 1stAL for a long time all alone. I have brought the regiment through alot and improved it. I am someone who is incredibly dedicated to the server and NWO. In the month+ i have played the server i have taught myself how infantry, logistics (FOB Building and supplying), armour combat and helicopters work and that at a very high level. I have lead multiple wars for 1stAL and NWO and that very successfully. I am really loyal to the regiments i am in and put in alot of effort to improve said regiment. I have about a year of experience on CN SCP RP server and leading multiple regiments.

Please give some lore about your HC character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Toomas was grown up in the country of Estonia. Growing up in the rough parts of Estonia, next to the USSR border. Having been in multiple russian groups as a child he grew up with the USSRs active propaganda systems. He believed that the USSR was the strongest force. After growing up he followed the legacy of his father who was a former CPT of 10SD and joined the 1stAL in the NWO, proving to SC and 1stAL command that he is more then capable then his father. Climbing up the ranks of NWO he saw the rapid decrease of professionalism and order in the NWO. After being promoted to the rank of SLT he took the matters into his own hands and made sure that his regiment is the one who carries the NWO to victory and that his troops were loyal to the NWO. After continuing his rapid climb in the ranks he saw a potential in him to become SC and lead the NWO to victory.

-Joint trainings between regiments to improve relations
