What will you do to stop this from happening again: I wont disrespect staff even if i mean it as a joke and i will also not get drunk and play Gmod
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yes ( i think 2-3 kicks and 1 ban for 3 days cant remember any else)
Why should you be unbanned: I feel like i have learned from the experience and have spent 2 weeks banned from the server already on top of this i was completely hammered at the time and cant even remember what i said to the staff member to warrant the ban i have since been informed and regret saying it i would also like to note there is no ill will between me and the staff member in question and the insult probably wasn't true or targeted (i would like to give an apology to the staff member as i don't in fact think he is a "nonce")
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: By re reading them and paying more attention to how i act on the server
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:[/b Because the server is really enjoyable to play and i spent £40 on it an wouldn't mind getting to put it to good use once again
