I see you standing as a Senior Captain which isn’t so common with how I renewed the Senior System, so that is already a starting point; and you’ve done well as a Captain.
However, you lack an ability to create outstanding projects, or even roleplay; I would suggest picking up your pace from there, and attempt to contribute more to GENSEC via roleplay projects.

  • Barely functions as a captain, can't imagine him as chief.
  • very immature, does things on impulse rather than thinking it out.
  • frankly, in my year of gsd leadership, few captains have done so little to personally stand out positively to me
Honestly the candidates for chief are pretty bad right now.

He stated blatantly said this is over a longer period than a month he is talking about the whole year he has had of being in GSD and how until he resigned which was when Ace went on LOA he has done all these things which he has stated.
