1 warn for FearRP - Someone metagamed that I had cyanide on me so they went to arrest me - However, I still refused to stop under gunpoint
Firstly, I must mention my experience as GSD CPT - As it was my first Jr. CL4 experience and it taught me some valuable lessons about how to lead and how to 'follow the process' - It taught me how to ensure that the process isn't distrupted and how to properly sort out situations so that the site might run properly. I made sure to assist people as much as I possibly could and made sure that everything was as smooth as possible in D-bloc and in the nearby area. I also made sure to assist SA and ECAs as well as OSAs as much as I possibly could - I genuinely believe my work was not in vain.
Then I am also currently a part of Epsilon-11 ( Holding Sergeant ) and with that had allowed me to familiarise myself with the inner workings of Heavy Containment Zone and its rules and of course - how it functions / ought to function. This experience also showed me how to properly respond and deal with Code 5s and how to I truly believe should I get this role I might be able to better assist E-11 in their recontainment procedures as well as ensure that my escorts are well-educated and prepared for any possible issues that might arise in HCZ.
Lastly, I currently hold ECA and although I've so far little experience with it and want to expand my horizons - I still think it has shown me a few things assistants do and familiarised me with the role of an assistant as well as provided me with valuable experience ( Although little ) in how to make the site function correctly. I know some might think this is a far-fetched idea but even the small ammount of time I've spent on ECA has taught me something.
And frankly, although I love holding up law and order and ensuring due process is given I must admit that in some circumstances being unethcial is

Among other things OSAs:
- Follow orders from the ██-███████
- Are a 'phone line' between the ██-███████ and other departments
- Ensure that the site runs smoothly and that no issues arise
- Assist other departments
- Act as the eyes and ears of the ██-███████
- When no individuals of the council they are present make sure to command A-1 ( Although the COM / LTCOM may refuse their orders )

( THIS IS A CONTINUING LORE FOR MY CHARACTER - THE FOLLOWING WILL BE FROM MY PREVIOUS APPLICATION )
Right after completing police academy, Luka swiftly joined the police force and was sworn-in at the regional police office and issued a SIG Sauer 226 sidearm. He did whatever he could to win the hearts of the locals despite his ‘French mouth’ and some took warmth to it. He had also made sure to improve on himself whenever he could.
Luka spent a good bit of time doing office work, as was the reality of being a police officer sometimes, but he engaged in a few shootouts where he showed some skill with his firearm. He eventually had made it to sergeant, soon he might’ve been offered the position of detective sergeant but that all changed one evening when Luka received a call about a suspicious person around a local grocery store “Another regular code-917, most likely someone loitering and being awkward” - he thought as the snows of N[REDACTED] [REDACTED] fell, but unbeknownst to him, he was about to confront an escapee, one that had previously held the title D-[REDACTED]. The Class-D ran off and was chased down by Luka, eventually ending the chase in a construction site whose occupants had just left.
Unfortunately for the sergeant, the Class-D subject was under the effects of SCP-[REDACTED BY ???] which made him much harder to apprehend, especially when he pulled out a long army knife on the sergeant. Despite bringing a knife to a gunfight he managed to harm the sergeant in several areas and left a nasty scar going up Luka’s left arm. However, the sergeant eventually managed to terminate the Class-D subject despite sustaining heavy wounds. Luckily the foundation’s medical staff were able to treat his wounds and get him stable due to their knowledge of SCPs and their effects, any normal hospital would’ve been useless or would’ve suspected something about these ‘peculiar wounds’. As he was being rolled into the medical facilities the senior foundation members were shocked as it was unexpected to see a civilian in the facility but the MTF PI-1 Leftenant [REDACTED] saw potential in the sergeant and once he had stabilised he was presented with the offer – “Either join the Foundation and expand on your experience, learn and become a much stronger individual or you will forget about this entire event and return to your boring life writing pointless documents in a damp office”. Luka chose to stay.
After the incident the locals who could’ve been also exposed to the entity or might’ve witnessed the event were amnesticated and the Foundation launched a massive misinformation campaign, ‘gang violence’ was blamed and it was reported that both the assailant and sergeant had died during it. Officially speaking, Luka is deceased.

I WROTE THIS AS A FORK IN THE LORE ( ECA timeline vs OSA timeline )
Luka's work as GSD CPT had never stopped, he was always running around D-bloc to ensure that everything ran perfectly and pristinely, especially when individuals dressed in 3-piece suits would appear. D-bloc under his control was to remain pristine and polished, no fights were to occur, no quarrel between the GSD officers and no lack of safety - He was going to do everything to ensure this was the case, always - even if he was sleeping.
This man took no chances with these criminal scum, he cared little for them - the only thing he cared about was that the process was solid and created little problems for both him and his employers as that ensured that he kept his job and wasn't fed to the lions like the rest - Other than that he did truly care about the safety of his men and the health of his department as well as other departments. He often cooporated with the medical department to keep his officers' health top notch, he assisted IA in capturing troublesome officers which refused orders and formed unions to unnecessarily halt progress.
His employers remained satisfied with his work, it's not like he was the shiniest example of an ethical man but he didn't need to be, he was there to do a good job and he made sure it was great. No Class-D personnel escaped under his command, none of them could even leave D-bloc before they were shot in the back of the head with 9mm bullets - Order was kept. That was something he was obsessed with, order, and while it was kept he was satisfied and relaxed.
This relaxation however would not be present on ██ / ██ /20██ when the Chaos Insurgency, armed and ready, entered Site-65. They had managed to push past some of the security personnel leaving many either wounded or dead - Luka gave the order to defend D-bloc at all costs and went to asisst the site staff with the bulkhead. In the mean time they had already wounded a lot of men at the frontline - "Great lads they are" - he said to the doctor that he was escorting to the breach shelter - "This is not what they deserved" - he added. This man had not felt such fury before, he hated Class-D who hurt his men before but this was on another scale. Luka closed the blast doors and as a combatant went to join his officers in the defense efforts. He arrived to the 'frontline' where his men were pinned by a so called 'CI-Juggernaut' - The trooper was armed with heavy armoured plates at the front and had an old Russian PKM which rattled through the hallway. He laughed with a belly laugh while destroying the beautiful blue walls of the facility. The Captain was under stress but managed to think of how to deal with him - He went around through another path and managed to shoot two other CI operatives with a .44 magnum he found on the floor next to another GSD Captain from the other shit - He was gone. Then he went around, stole a grenade from one of the dead operatives and went behind the 'Juggernaut'. The unaware man had just reloaded and started spraying the foundation walls once again. Luka pulled the pin and dropped it in his armour, before the large man could even react to the grenade he -[REDACTED DUE TO EXCESSIVE GORE].
The attack was not done however as they had managed to take a hostage - one of the men in the suits that had often visited D-bloc and watched over Luka. He recognised his face, he remembered his duty. Luka slowly entered the offices where they had held the man hostage, with many of his troops at the door waiting for the negotiations to begin. He then looked at the man and smiled through his darkened visor.
???: Do not move an inch or the bastard gets it.
Luka: ...
Luka: What do you want in exchange for him?
???: I want medical treatment and safe passage outside.
???: Now!
He demanded something Luka was not willing to just give out.
Luka: Sure, we can arrange that if the man survives.
Luka: Should he not, I cannot guarantee anything.
???: Hmph.. he'll have to come with me to the exit though.
A classic bluff, he was going to leave with the seemingly imporant individual and exrtract information from him.
Then - the intercom sounded off:
**EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT: MOBILE TASK FORCE A-**
A bang and a splatter.
The hostage taker was distracted with the announcement for long enough to move his pistol away from the hostage and received a .44 mangum bullet straight to the cranium - A [REDACTED DUE TO EXCESSIVE GORE].
The facility was getting cleaned up from the mess, units were given debriefs and the Captain sorted his men. That was enough trouble for that one day.

Days passed since the incident occured and Luka was in his office trying to relax by drinking his evening coffee and forget about the incident. He just set his mug down as he was grabbed and a bag was put over his head - "I too am about to become a hostage" he thought to himself as he struggled but nothing would come of it - the kidnappers then put him to sleep by getting something injected in him.
He woke up in a comfortable office chair, opening his eyes though - he saw him . It was the man whose life he saved.

Luka knew he was a man of importance but as a new Captain he was not briefed yet about the ██-███████ and how the mystery surrounding them.
██ - █ : I am someone who ensures that this facility runs smoothly and I've kept my eye on you, Captain Luka Dalmatinac.
Luka: Why am I here?
██ - █ : I've seen some of the work you've done so far, your documentation, your work ethic.
██ - █ : I am impressed, you're a man dedicated to your work Mr. Dalmatinac.
Luka: I do what I must - it's simply how it is, work is work.
██ - █ : And yet you're dedicated to your work and loyal to the Foundation?
Luka: To win in life we must dedicate ourselves to our goals, must we not sir?

██ - █ : You've really made an impression on me, I must admit.
██ - █ : I'd like you to work for me and ensure my and my coworker's goals are sorted - you've been doing it so far and with great dedication.
