Why are you applying for Security Captain?:
I've been playing GSD for awhile now, I believe I could make a positive RP impact on how GSD operates on a daily basis and during security operations, GSD is a very fun department which newer players rely on for their main RP source for a period of time and I think it needs to be improved. GSD is in need for good Captains and I'm willing to be exactly that.
I have a multitude of fun ideas I want to do as a GSD Captain, which most of which would require some sort of GSD CL4 / more authority overall. Finally, I also have alot of experience within the department and would like to progress further.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
As a GSD SGT, I am fully willing to properly roleplay with D-Class, especially when it comes to allowing and paying D-Class to snitch on fellow D-Class and make sure people actually follow the proper ethical termination route. This is mostly due to being consistantly unethical making the D-Class gameplay loop unenjoyable and overly simplifies the GSD gameplay loop aswell.
I'm very experienced in RP Leadership, as I am currently a Site Advisor and have held a multitude of CL4 combative roles and MTF roles. This will help with coordination of security operations, D-Block sweeps and conducting disciplinary actions against GSD who break the FLC / Departmental Policies.
Finally, I'm also very active on GSD SGT, where I typically conduct multiple sweeps in a day and partake in numerous GSD activities such as responding / leading Code 5s and Code 1s.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- Overall coordination of D-Block operations and ensuring D-Class are not misbehaviour
- Authorisation of D-Class Work Permits
- Leading and coordination of sweeps on D-Block
- Organising Cross-Trainings and conducting HWL / RRT license tryouts
- Discipline of lower ranking GenSec, such as Officers and Guards
- Ensuring all D-Block policies are kept in-check.
